i seriously don't know what lehmann is trying to prove.

but lehmann and a certain organisation have something in common:

1)their work is serious, and important.
2)they take pride in their work
3)they think they are serious about their work
4)people laugh at their work, especially the manner in which they go about doing it

you can say they are either clowns or comedy actors.
