realisation
a few things i realised today, things which perhaps i have taken for granted back in singapore.
1) the ball is more important than people.
no ball, no play, regardless of how many people you have. today, as we waited for someone with the ball to come, i realise that we never had this problem back in singapore.
2) access to water is very important
no taps near the field we play. slipped on the slippery pitch today= mud all over the leg. i went home in my shorts cos i din want to dirty my jeans.
3) now i understand why people go to sauna and spa
it's really the perfect way to relax at the end of the day. the japanese got it right again.
4) in places with their own teams, you won't really hear people saying their favourite team is a team that comes from elsewhere.
5) you need to do things on a smaller scale first, to get the rough idea before you can move on to the big picture.
