attack all around
other than musing about the world cup, i also spend alot of time staring at the computer screen, trying to figure out who is who in the bokura no te video. correction: which is chiaki ito, and which is yukari goto.

it is intriguing. quite early on, i recognised misako uno. she's the one with the shorter hair in the middle. i felt that the one, from the viewer's pov, on the right would be ito. she just got that itou chiaki feel. but it was very hard. i couldnt find many pictures online. but i was staring at the pics that accompany their profiles. and i realised all of their hairstyle were very different. so i was replaying, replaying, trying to match the faces. which was also very hard, because either my eyes had something wrong with them, or they also look very different from those photos. then there was one website which had colour-coded lyrics, meaning they indicate who sing which part. never mind that in the performance, they could throw that out of the window, but i was congratulating myself on the "success" when i realise the girls had NO solo parts. they all sang together. so it was back to the pictures.
until i realised that tehy were standing in one line. and on the profiles were the heights too. ito is 153, while uno and goto are both 160. so i decided to try this approach, even though i was perfectly aware that such a thing known as heels exist. but even so, it was worth a try. and there you have it, i managed to spot ito. she was indeed on the right. that she was shorter than misako uno was palpable.
but i must still admit, she didnt look like chiaki ito in the pictures from the drama they starred in. even the guys look different. that's why i din go on to try to id teh guys.
