huntelaar and ajax

why huntelaar should be in the world cup. i thought it was very nicely struck. the timing. everything. in football, you train every day, every night, for moments like these, when the ball comes to you at the right moment, the right pace, the right place for you to connect and become immortalised in folklore. just think torsten frings. but the difference here is that huntelaar bided his time to strike; he followed the ball till that moment, den lifted it. i think this can be considered a delightful chip, no? maybe even exquisite.

another reason why he should be in: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pNX2Y9wYvRA

highlights of a disappointing 2005/2006 season. nevertheless, it brought cheers to me, seeing all the movement and goals of the ajacied. there were some pienaar moments. think hes leaving. sad to see him go. but we are getting kenneth perez, who is very exciting. i think he will be mroe than an adequate replacement. but sometimes, its the sentimental side of things you know...in any case, perez is already 32...so abit too old... anyway, gabri is joining us. stam oso. i guess they want to get more experienced players. fair enough, but always remember the players at de toekomst. they are the future. let them play, let them soar.

goodbye, galasek. all the best in nuremberg.

on a brighter note, hamburg has signed...guess who... VINCENT KOMPANY! haha at least he isnt going chelsea :D anyway i think hamburg has assembled a strong team. now thomas doll just need to consolidate the good work he has done this year. he better win the title from bayern next season, after all he's got van der vaart and de jong. too bad bayern got podolski. it would be nice to have podolski at hamburg.
