a new deck

i know i need to leave this place. yes, i can put down everything. throw it all away. it might not be better over there.

but at least i can reshuffle the deck, draw a new hand. be given the chance for better cards. much better than holding onto these cards.

there is really nothing much here worth staying for. all the reasons for staying pale in comparison to that one chance to start anew. at least there, there won't be any excuses. surprisingly. you need to look at things from my perspective, understand my reasoning to realise why it is surprising.
