of course we could have done it with more class, with more style. more emphatic.
but we played an intelligent game and drew 0-0. not the kind of game i want to watch arsenal play. but it produced the results of course.
though i DON'T think that juve were that disappointing. of course, maybe the will wasnt there. and there were alot of stray balls. and though they wun believe it, the offside calls were all spot on. they WERE offside. but they still had chances. they still had possession. in case you are wondering, i can't stand the opponents having possession. it's jsut so dangerous. but the defence was fantastic. again. we will only grow in stature.
you know what? someone told me he thought fabregas wouldnt turn out to be as good as people say he would. i agree, because he's going to be even better. the passes he made, out of this world. really, ljungberg could have done better. twice i tink. hleb oso made a jinkiing run in and curled his shot agonisingly wide. henry received a superb curling ball from fabregas, took it down and turned simultaneously, then shot. it was sheer class. too bad it din go in. we had better chances than them, more incisive. but they saw more of the ball. which was a pity. i so wanted to watch them play like the first leg. oh well.
and nedved, that was really a bad challenge. you can see all that frustration in that reckless challenge. but it was still a bad challenge. i din feel sorry for him at all, when he got that second yellow card. i felt sorry for zlatan though, being booed by his own fans. they say he din put effort into trying to win back lost balls. i guess that pretty much sums up how juve approached the game. they knew they lost it.
