big plans
i am really looking forward to the end of this coming week, because i have plans for after it, which i hope hell won't do much to disrupt.
i am going to up my fitness. it is now or never. too much time has been spent rotting. i can only hope that they dun come up with their own plans, because i believe the best way to do it would be by tailoring it to yourself, because you know yourself best. in any case, things planned for the masses are usually not as efficient, because needs are too varied, resulting in too much accomodation.
so if things go to plan,
tue: 5 to 8 k run
wed: anaerobic
thu: anaerobic
fri: 5 to 8k
but i know it won't, cos they would have funny tricks up their sleeves. so i anticipate a need for some adjustments here and there.
lastly, if things can somehow tone down even more, i can start on the other things i have in mind.
