i was very relieved when nakazawa sent his penalty in. i am just so glad japan pulled through. but if they had gone out, i must say, we can only blame ourselves for not killing off a 10-man opposition. that's a sin, whatever people might say about 10 men being harder to play against sometimes.

japan were superior. that's all i can say. but victory would be so much sweeter if the job had been done in 90 minutes.

and vietnam totally let me down. luckily bayern saved the day. i averted disaster, all thanks to bayern.
